Hello my name is Rick James Parks. Many of you really don't know me and I don't know many of you however alot of times a person doesn't have to know the person behind the art to tell how magnificent his/her talents are.

I joined deviantart 3/23/06. Since then I've posted a series of pictures that I haven't been satisfied with. Some of you who have kept me on watch may have noticed this but a picture didn't seem to stay up too long before it was deleted or demoted to scraps.

I know that some of you found my pictures to be quite adequate. Some of you have even added me to your favorites and/or watch list. To you few I am both greatful and sorry.

As of today 9/7/06 I am deleting every picture in my gallery. In addition I will no longer be posting pictures on deviantart or anywhere else for that matter. This effect will not be permanent I will be posting pictures again in the near future. The lenght of this decision is indefinite and could be anywhere from months to years.

I haven't been able to create a good picture since I left highschool four months ago. I don't know what it is but I haven't been able to think straight ever since. Perhaps I have important decisions on my mind to make, maybe I'm missing something, or maybe I forgot something and need to be reminded.

Whatever it is it's preventing me from performing my best and I refuse to post anymore pictures that will be less then my best. Thanks for reading this and for the support and rember this isn't goodbye just see you later.
